The Science Patrol expects a visitor from the Paris branch of the Science Patrol. Ido begins to suspect that there is something strange about her. Things get worse when Ido's theory becomes fact as Hayata becomes a prisoner of the fake agent. A massive monster starts to lay waste to the city and no Hayata means no Ultrman.
